On its inception, we bring to you hollow block- a one of a kind building product that will change the conventional way of construction as well as paving tiles that can be custom-made as per requirement of our customers.

bti Building Block factory is situated in Joypura, Dhamrai amidst lush greenery over an area of 5 bighas. The design of our factory has been conceptualized via modern architectural design. Of all the features in the factory, a notable one would be the factory shed that stretches over 1 bigha. It helps to maintain water and cement ratio properly and protects raw materials from rain water. All modern equipment is used to make our products via fully automated systems. We have provided modern dormitory and recreational facilities along with training for the factory’s stakeholders: our workers. Our state-of-the-art product testing lab is equipped to test both raw material and finished products.

Another notable feature would be the environmentally friendly aspects included in our production process. We have a rigorous product recycling system. Moreover, both rain water and curing water in our premises percolates and penetrates the soil, leaving less or no surface water.

bti, being the leading real estate company in Bangladesh, has been stepping up to take responsibility for quite some time now. They have developed an environmentally-friendly and reliable response to the pollution caused by the burnt clay bricks. It’s estimated that about 58% of the air pollution in Bangladesh is caused by brickfields producing burnt clay bricks. bti has set up its own factory in Dhamrai, which produces 25000 blocks per day, rounding them up to around 6.5 million annually. This could surely cut down the percentage of both pollution and delivery time of a project without compromising quality if its use is popularized.

The good news is recent times have seen a slow but growing demand for these blocks. Out of social responsibility, other real estate companies are slowly shifting away from clay bricks as well.
